    Thanks very much. It worked It does require a bit of playing to get what you want out of it. Re the Paper Size, that gave me a hint to change it from landscape to portrait as it was already set to A4. You guys are gems thanks.

    Hi, When I'm setting up resource sheduling for a resource (employee) I want to be able to schedule start time and finish times (which I've done) then be able to print these schedules off (totals of hours) for a day/week and month at a time. Is this possible? Many thanks Luke
