Hi,

When I'm setting up resource sheduling for a resource (employee)

I want to be able to schedule start time and finish times (which I've done)

then be able to print these schedules off (totals of hours) for a day/week and month at a time.

Is this possible?

Many thanks

Luke

Yes, it's possible. You can use the canned reports to do this. Depending on your needs try one (or both) of the following:

[ul]
[li]View | Reports | Assignment Reports then click ONCE on "Who Does What When"[/li]

[li]View | Reports | Workload then click ONCE on "Resource Usage"[/li]
[/ul]

Once you've selected the report, you'll need to set the parameters that control the data display.
[ul]
[li]Click on the Edit button.[/li]
[li]Click on the Definition tab. You'll see where you can define the column. Choose Day, Week or Month as appropriate. Set the number next to that to 1.[/li]
[li]Click on the OK button[/li]
[li]Click on the Select button. This will take you into a print-preview of the report[/li]
[li]Click on the Print button. In the lower left of the Print dialog box set the dates that you want to report. [/li]
[li]Click on the Preview button. This will take you back to a print-preview of the report[/li]
[li]Click on Print.[/li]

[/ul]

thanks very much your instructions worked like a charm!
