I've done this last year sometime but I can't seem to work out how I did it.

What I need to do is print out a Gantt Chart of the entire project on 1 sheet of A4 Paper.

I can adjust the views etc... on screen just fine but when I go to print it only wants to print the first two weeks of the project :(

Any Help would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Luke

Try this:

Format | Timescale and then set a display that shows the full Gantt chart on your screen. Perhaps choose to show just the middle and bottom tier, set the middle tier 'Units' to "Years" and 1 and the bottom tier 'Units' to "Months" and 1.

You can play with the Size percentage too but it may cram too many characters into the Timescale heading line.

Basically ... what you see on your screen is what you're going to see on the printed page. (That's not strictly speaking true, but it's close enough for this discussion.)

Also, in Page Setup, choose your paper size A4

Thanks very much. It worked It does require a bit of playing to get what you want out of it.

Re the Paper Size, that gave me a hint to change it from landscape to portrait as it was already set to A4.

You guys are gems thanks.

PDQ is the gem. I'm more like unrefined ore, and pyrite (fool's gold) at that.
