The action of the calls are dictated by the commands in the script and not the PBX. You need to check the script for this queue and make sure that there is a command stating that if agents logged in = 0 then route to (your mailbox number).
It seems to me that there should be a way to list any TN's of unregistered IP phones on the 1000M. However, I can't seem to find out how. Anyone have any clues?
We are in the process of adding the Cisco solution to a number of our smaller offices. Since our shop (Network) uses Cisco Routers and Switches with POe it was an easy migration for our offices with fewer than 15 people. We definitely have no intention of replacing our Nortel CS1000's in our...
If I read this one right you are converting some analog and digital ISM's to IP ISM's. If this is true you are NOT reducing your total ISM's. The numbers should balance out. Make sure that you do not have more analog and digital devices configured on your PBX than you will have once the new...

This release has the ability to use "complex" passwords. You are most likely not using them. That is a standard warning. If you want it to go away use a complex password using a combination of letters, numbers, symbols, and Capitals.
Wow...some great information there guys. I did make the route a WAT and Set the TARG to be blank. The sets that we need paging on now have it and are working fine. Since this isn't a hospital I don't have to worry about anyone accidently sending a "crash team" anywhere. Thanks for all of the...
We are putting in a paging system into our offices and I need to make sure that everyone can have access to it. I am having a severe brain cramp and cannot for the life of me remember how I can do that without making everyone's set UNR. Help.
Thank you. The remote office is in the same city but about 10 blocks away. The 911 response would come from the same station. The local numbers are not a problem as both offices have them for alarms etc.
Thanks pbxn but that is not really feasible. The office is 4 floors and over 200 people.
Thanks John.
Does anyone have any experience using pkgs 339 (ESA)? How would that work in this scenario?
We have a CS1000M in our office and are wanting to add a different building about 8 blocks away to our phone system. The other system has an Option 11 with ITG and a signaling server. We are wanting to do away with that system and then deploy it elsewhere. We have the networking capability...
Anytime you open up a station with CFXA you expose yourself to the possiblity of Toll Fraud. In this case however you have done what you could, given the circumstances, to limit your exposure.
Do you have separate routes set up for local and long distance? You might want to check to make sure that your routing for local is going out the PRI. You also could have a LD PRI that has no facility for local dialing.
