Just an annoying thing that has started recently.. When someone prints, the printer squeaks until the job is finished. I looked at the printer and it seems that the rollers on the top of the printer are causing the squeaking.. Is there an easy way to fix this? Or does this need to be addressed...

We are using a Lanier LD060 printer that is shared over our network between 10-15 computers. The prblem is that when the two same guys print to the printer from excel, their print job just stays in the queue and hangs up the printer until it is removed. Any ideas?? Thanks for your time..

Wolluf, Thanks for the suggestions. I found out that the user didn't tell me that he tried to install a RAM chip. Turns out he put the wrong one in. I took it out and windows started right up.
