I just want to block incoming external calls, I still want to be able to dial external calls from the set. Is this possible if i use FR2?

Yes, the cfw key is on key 19, but the dn I want to call forward is on key 3.

Earlier we used M3820 as ACD-agents, but now we´ve got M3904 instead. On a M3820 there was no problem to cfw calls on the agents private dn, we used key 8. But now we can´t use cfw on the agents private dn, key 3. Any suggestions please? Release: 25.40

I can´t log on to my acd-agent, M3904 unless I lift the handset. Is there anyone who knows if I can log in without lifting the handset. It´s not HOML because once I´ve logged in I can put the handset in the cradle and I´m still logged in.
