did you install office without entering the password? i've head it can be done but it won't work until it get it.
also if you use a hacked copy and install sp1 it should do just that.

I don't know with OE. but with outlook it's somewhat possible. you can get softweare to copy a file/files everytime you shutdown or at other times, and then you just have to make the program copy files from where outlook saves ther settings and post folder in both Win2k and w98.

Yes - for what i know Ghost is a third party program you'll have to buy.
to start up in dos from w2k isn't as easy as in w9x. you'll have to boot from a startup disk.
