1) Are the Outlook users on the same IP subnet as your updated mail server?
2) Can you Outlook users ping the mail server?
3) What kind of switch/hub do you have? You may have to rest it in order to clear the ARP cache.
I also forgot to mention that before the PIX was installed our Internet router was performing NAT and everything worked.
