Ya, Im confused. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers several times. I just don't understand why the add printer link is dead. It won't even allow me access. It is not a security thing as i am the administrator for this computer.

i have 2 copies. one in the system32 directory.. the other in a Lastgood.temp/system32 Is this possibly the problem.
