I am using windows XP. I have a lexmark z33 usb printer. I am trying to add a printer in the printers section. I click on the add printer or i go to file- --> add printer and nothing comes up on the screen. I cannot add a printer for the life of me. It's as if the add printer function is disabled. What can i do, short from reinstalling windows. I have added printers in the past and don't understand what's going on. Any help would be significantly appreciated.
