Thanks guys. I did have the vendor come and fix it. Apparently the system crashed and reverted to its original settings which is why some extentions worked (those people/phones had never moved) and others didn't - they had moved thier desks/phones since original install.

we dont have a terminal attached to it. A slot for a floppy and thats it. The only way anyone ever programs anything here (as far as i know) is to go to a phone and hit **admin or **config i am new at this. Am i even in the right forum?
