Need help with Meridian System Voice Mail Programming

Hello,
We have a Meridian Modular ICS with Voice Mail. I am the tech guy here and I have to look after the phone system too but know little about it. I have a user who has the message inidcator on her phone but she can't get the message - doesnt know the password.
I want to reset the password but dont know how. In fact when i go into the Admin it says the mailbox is locked - see the admin. Haha.

All i know about this system is that by pressing **ADMIN i get into the admin of the system and **CONFIG gets me into configuration but there is nothing in there on how to setup voicemail on a particular extention, or set.

Any help on how to configure voicemail for various extentions or just unlock the mailbox would be great.

what type of switch and do you have a term on your mail?.. if it's on the wall, your looking at an opt 11, free standing should have a term. ax at the > prompt should give you a login screen, after you log in, option 1 then option 1 then f7 for modify, enter the user exten and tab down to the line that indicates box is disabled, use the arrow key to move the cursor to enable, then f8 for password chnage, enter the new password, enter enter then new password f5 to save.. the f keys can move depending on keyboard def. in the 11 you'll need to alt] or crtl] to get back to your mail switch screen..btw you do have to log onto a 11 before you can get to the mail. and theirs about 1000 ways to set up access.

we dont have a terminal attached to it. A slot for a floppy and thats it. The only way anyone ever programs anything here (as far as i know) is to go to a phone and hit **admin or **config

i am new at this. Am i even in the right forum?
