    You better ask your isp first. Ask them if you need to enter a proxy, cos most proxies are automatically set... Depends on your ISP.     It works as a search engine eh? Is it something like "internet optimizer" or something like that? Does it prevent you from going to certain website or stuff? Cos it might be a virus of sorts... Could try getting a decent spyware removal tool like adaware or spysweeper

    I don't really work much with excel but... You could try import the excel file into your database then create a query to display the stuff you want. After that create a report out of that query?
