We are using Snapmanager for Exchange version 5.0.0.186 and Snapdrive version 6.1.0.2593. Our Servers are Windows 2008 x64 with all the latest updates. Exchange Version is 2007 SP1 with Rollup8 and all updates.

the 4621 is plugged into the same switch as the CLAN/Medpro cards. It is on the same IP range as the CLAN/Medpro cards. The CLAN and Medpro cards are all configured for region 1 from what I can tell from reading these boards. region 1 is set to Codec 1.
