I do not think you can view the CLID of the abandoned call. The CLID is normally tracked inside the CallbyCallStatistics which only have very short storage period. So if you need to see,somehow you manage to put into report, you need to generate before the buffer full.

just to let u know that i had escalated to nortel and their recommendation is to install 2 serial ports.

actually u can try changing the port type via client. Or are u seeing only 1 com port via client? Go to serial ports in system configuration in Client.
