Meridian Access Link held on Com1

Did anyone encountered their Meridian access link was at Com1? How can it be changed to com2?

I have analogous problem and up to this point don't solve them...

actually u can try changing the port type via client. Or are u seeing only 1 com port via client?

Go to serial ports in system configuration in Client.

Sanks for prompting. I seeing 2 ports via client. I trying this tricks in the nearest time.

just to let u know that i had escalated to nortel and their recommendation is to install 2 serial ports.

Yes, i resolve my problem. I changed MM Access port from COM2 to COM1 and now all worked correctly. Sanks for helping of problem solving!
