Check to make sure it doesn't have the same IP address as another phone. If you do a "list reg" it will show all registered IP stations with their IP addresses and some other useful information as well.
I have not yet downloaded any firmware or patches and want to make sure I do it correctly. Is there an order in which to apply, in other words should I apply the patch for ACM 1st or the Cards firmware 1st? Thanks for your help!
Thank you for your help! The Attendant # is different - the vendor originally set it up that way so that the main # could be transfered until they had a receptionist to answer the calls. I guess I need to change it. Thanks again.
I have an issue with the incoming calls is still ringing the console even though it is in Night Service mode. It gets to the night attendant but it also rings on the console at the same time. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, they want to have 2 people monitor via message manager for faxes and we'd like to distribute them evenly between the 2 but I can't figure out a way to do it.
Is there any way to set up 2 Audix boxes with Message Manager capability for a Fax # with a hunt group and have the faxes roll between the 2 boxex? I've tried but I can't get it to roll to the 2nd box. Thanks for your help.
