In my PIX-520, the Console and Failover ports connect to the COM ports on the system board directly. (Danyk, look closely at yours...though the ports are practically on top of the flash card, you'll see two long ribbon cables running from them to the COM ports on the system board.)...
I found a solution to my problem:
The terminal server needed to be set in Windows NT 4.0 permissions compatiblity mode so the legacy applications could run without me having to set the users as Power Users. Since they're regualr users, they only see the printers their individual workstations...

Have you taken a look under Add/Remove programs, Windows Components, Accessories or the like? I'm not sure, but I think Task Scheduler is an option there.

What is a suggested step-by-step way to set up a Terminal Services cluster that hosts non-cluster-aware apps? High-availability (automatic failover) is key, while load balancing would be nice.

Sorry that this is off-topic, but can you provide some guidance to a newbie for setting up a TS server cluster as you did for non-cluster-aware apps (Like QuickBooks, MS Office, Act!, etc.)
