Thanks for the suggestion about the governing body. So it appears the Magix can't force the PRI to complete the call, right? or better said, if the PRI doesn't see the SS7 complete signal, there's no way to get the PRI to send Magix's DTMF tones, right?

Here's the set up:
Ext 5002 is the CAS
Calls to ext 5030 go to vm - I set the personal operator to general mailbox 9991 (AA1 mailbox). If a caller hits 0, they are now xfrd to 9991 general mailbox. If caller hits 0 while in 9991 vm, calls xfr to 5002 again...
We have an active DID extension with a phone and vm - the person is rarely in the office, so most calls go to the vm, however, a lot of callers press "0" and get transferred to the CAS operator (major pain for the operator).
Is there a way remove "zero out" on this extension's vm to the CAS...

We've got PRI which displays inbound caller id number only - is there a way to program something in the Magix to match the inbound caller id number to a name (maybe built in a directory?) and display the NAME of the inbound caller instead of the number? or, ideally, both name and...
Using the instructions provided here, we've updated our 'number to send' to base + extension and yippee! our outbound caller id finally reflects the DID (which matches the extension).
But our outcalling stopped working. Our outcalling extensions are 7128, 7129, 7130 & 7130 - and our DIDs...

We interface with MM thru hyperterminal & RS232.
Can't seem to locate any option which takes me to AutoAtt so we could upload professional greetings.
Is AA upload option only available thru a different access route?

Thanks for the prompt replies - we had to reboot because of a power failure (beyond the UPS capability). The Magix lost sync with the PRI (I say this like I know what it means - ha!).
I'm checking programming and will also attempt the "system restore" thingy...

Messaging is not picking up calls - extensions simply ring endlessly and the Auto Attendant is also not functioning.
