There is a problem calling just one outgoing number. I can call it from my cell but when I call through the PBX it rings a few times and has a phone company message that "the number is no longer in service". I checked DNT1 and DNT2 and I don't see anything that would cause the issue. Any ideas?

Does this mean the board is going bad? It is an IPU board.
Is it posible to transfer a call strait to voicemail? If a supervisor is on the phone and the receptionist wants to transfer the call into voicemail without the phone ringing. We have BC8 and Repartee VM. Is it posible?

I have a user that gets a lot of phone traffic. Sometimes she will have one call on hold and then be takeing another call when someone important calls and goes stright to VM since line 1 and 2 are in use. Is it posible to add a line 3? Or is there some other way around this? Running BC8.
A friend that I have been helping curently has a Partner ACS. He anticipates growing out of that system in about 4 months. What are the recomendations for a more expandeble system that would posably be able to use the same phones. I was thinking about maybe a Merlin Magix system.
