There is a problem calling just one outgoing number. I can call it from my cell but when I call through the PBX it rings a few times and has a phone company message that "the number is no longer in service". I checked DNT1 and DNT2 and I don't see anything that would cause the issue. Any ideas?

Line provider issue, not possible that it's the MD, cannot generate that message. Report to your outgoing provider

really you have bc 8???
whats rou you used on site??

What kind of tlp are you using? Trace the tlp unit when trying to call. There you can see that the number sent is correct.

inlsp05, we are using a T1 super trunk. I think that is what you are asking if not just let me know more.

fcpli, what do you mean by tlp?

tlpxx is the trunk line program. Super trunk T1? Which unit is handling this? TLP60, TLP what?
