Hi, Yes we did find a fix. There was an Oracle patch that needed to be applied to the Oracle database that enables it to work in a multi-user environment (ie Citrix). I found the patch on http://www.metalink.oracle.com/ I think it was Patch 2924292, or more likely its successor 3293241. Good luck!
