Ha! Sorry for the multiple repsonses...
Just create separate folders/shares for each user. Then create the appropriate user accounts and give them access to those folders and make sure that the "single login" does not have any rights to the shared folders.
You might get some "Access Denied"...
Also, it would be imperative for client to implement company policy that everone log out when leaving the workstation to enforce the technology (Windows Key + L works great for that).
Sometimes business rules need to be formed around the technology that exists at the time, not vice-versa...
I assume the shares exist on the server?
Each user should sign on wth thier own login/pass and this would solve your problem (despite customer's request). This would also eliminate problems if "John" went to porn sites under "Susie's" login. Maybe I do not understand the situation properly...
First off - great forums!
Hopefully someone can provide some theory, or better yet, experience with the following:

Regarding the caller id, how do i access the 'Caller ID Delay' feature - I have looked all over and cannot seem to find it. Is it possible it is not...

Thanks again
Thank you for the quick response. I have a newbie question regarding the proposed solutions (please excuse my inexperience with the system...I aquired with no user mans or previous experience)...

System: Legend r.4, Merlin Mail r.3 ('hang on the wall' version'
1) How do I increase the number of rings before the AA picks up the the line (trying to get an inline caller id to get the number before AA picks up on one ring).

I have a real newbie questions for those interested...
I have 3 POTS coming in to the system...how do I configure these for incoming and outgoing calls? Is there a quick procedure?
Do I just have to assign the correct line/trunks? Or, is there more than that?
TIA
Thanks! I can finally get into the VM, however, the AA does not seem to answer when I call from the outside. Could you tell me how to have incoming calls picked up by the AA?
Thanks again

My configuration is very simple (in fact, the Merlin system may be an overkill...but free is free). I have three incoming...
