What happened to the second post on this thread. I read it the other day and it is no longer here. It resolved my problem.

I am installing a BCM 50 and have a little experience with them but it has been about 4 years or so since i have installed one. I have a refurbished system that I am trying to connect to to download the element manager, but it does not seem to want to connect to 10.10.10.1. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Thanks for the post. The problem is resolve, and actually never existed, but for a strange anamolie by logging in via remote. Don't quite know why but it would not let me log in via remote. I went on site and had no problem. Tried again via remote and no problem. Change the password after...

OK. I think I just screwed up. I came to PSWD_COMP and proceeded to enter out of the change. Now the login and password has changed, but I don't know what it is. Any help? Thanks.

What Version/files should I be using? I am on Version 10 of the NRU using worksheet 6.2. I checked but did not find any patches on the Nortel site.

Can you hardcode the number to dial into the Norstar so that only that number will work?

Thanks. I figured out. Now, do you know any reason why the RAD was reprogrammed to not answer when dialed direct. I managed to get in and set it so that I could dial direct, but I am perplexed as to why it was turned off.

I have a similar problem only the NRU never dials out to the operator at the site. I gives a pop up with instruction you hit OK and you get dial tone but it never dials out. Any help?
