Micros 8700 data extract
What Micros system are you using? Previously doing the same thing with GEAC PMS and M8700. Run the script, open results in Savie98, etc. We have since switched to the 9700 and a totally different PMS (Micros-Fidelio Opera.) The 9700 can be set to auto archive the reports each day, week...- toddlarry

Micros 3700
Not sure about the 3700. Have been happy for the most part with the 9700. Make sure your local VAR is competent to provide support (especially software.) Corporate is lacking a little.- toddlarry

Micros 9700 Credit Card Drivers Failed
I had an instance where the POS server lost power. Once restored all funcionality was returned with the execption of the credit card auth/settle. My VAR sent out a tech, who was unable to determine anything, including what the settings should be. The installer did not record the correct...- toddlarry
