    I have installed a MICS 7.0 with a Call Pilot 100 and have the Auto Attendent answer incoming calls after 4 rings. The cust wants the option to touch 0 and ring the operator, when I do that now a message says that the Opr is not available. What am I missing for this to happen? Thanks in advance!

    It is 7.0 software. The problem with forwarding we have ran into is not all of the calls seem to forward (eg. dial 0 from the AA). Is it possible to just press the Night Service button and have the AA not answer anymore and have the nurse's stations ring? Thanks.
