Hi,
Currently, we are working on a mass migration on moving XP workstations from Windows 2000 domain to Windows 2003 active directory network using ADMT 3.0.
I have a Windows NT 4.0 server that is not part of the domain that will need to be moved to Windows 2003 domain. We will not upgrade...
Hi All,
I'm not sure if this is the forumn for this question or not but I'll throw it out there. I'm working at a client where the manager wants to implement a IDS(Intrusion Detection System) and network sniffer solution. Basically we want to
1) monitor and block intrusions into our nework...
Thanks I tried both of these and I don't have RAS running on the pc or server. The SWC is installed on a dedicated server. The only way I know to fix this is to reinstall. It worked before but once software installations and other policy settings were applied it stopped working again.
Any...
I'm unable to retrieve data from real time displays on the swc 4.5 su03. I ran the icertdtrace utility and familiar with the tool but there's an error message I'm getting that I've never seen before.
When I enter icertdtrace -r IPSEnd and I get adapter - 0 - (IP)
When I enter icertdtrace -r...
I'm running Windows 2003 SWC 4.5 SU03 and I'm unable to retrieve Real Time Displays. I'm familiar with the ICERTDTRACe utility however when I run it I get this error message:
"ICERTDTRACE socket error: Bind error #10013"
I'm thinking this might be a permissioning issue but not sure. If...
Would this fix the issue that it won't schedule to print output at a printer? If so where do I need to change the rights.
I understand how a network share would need the correct permissions to receive output but how would you permission a network printer to receive output?
It can print...
I'm running SWC 4.5 SU04 (recently upgraded from SU03 and upgraded to IE 6.0 SP1). After the upgrade, I am not able to schedule, save and view schedule historical reports.
I attempt to view scheduled events or reports I get the error message "could not retrieve the scheduled report list"...
I am running Symposium Web Client 4.5 SU 03. It seems as when I attempt to run Application Delayed Before Abdanded Report or Application Delayed Before Answered, the graph or chart at the bottom of the report is incomplete. However, the data continues across the report. It seems as the graph...
I have a Windows NT 4.0 Server SP 6 which is running SECC 03.21.05. The PBX switch is an option 81C with 25.40 patch applied.
We recently upgraded the server to PEP 6S which is the latest PEP for the system. The client is running 6C. Shortly afterwards, we found that the display window...
Yes I've been looking at those historical stats but wasn't sure if that would be the fix. I did try readjusting those paramters but haven't executed the test yet.
I notice that it changes the database size...would that suggest the system database needs to be increased to allow for all agents...
I'm running SCCS 4.0 on Windows NT sp6 with the latest PEP on a Pentium 4 server. I have a fairly large center of 500 agents however, it seem to be having a problem pulling all of the agents for daily login/logout reports. The call center has up to 500 agents however, we are only able to pull...
The real time display is happening to various agents and it seems to happen sporadically. We have no clue what could be causing this. All of the client machines are getting the same RTD display. The clients and server is windows 2000
I'll check into the issue about acquiring and deacquiring...
Does anyone know what could be causing SCCS 4.2 to display duplicate agents in the real time display window? The server has the latest PEP and updates. How can I fix this?
I've already configured the mapped the agent key in SCCS, I guess my question is what load and prompt do I use to program the agent keys on the supervisor phoneset on the switch.
I am problems trying to map an agent to a supervisor phoneset. Does any one know how to define a key mapping for SCCS 4.2. If it's defined in the pbx switch it will be removed until its defined correctly in SCCS.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
