I'm running SCCS 4.0 on Windows NT sp6 with the latest PEP on a Pentium 4 server. I have a fairly large center of 500 agents however, it seem to be having a problem pulling all of the agents for daily login/logout reports. The call center has up to 500 agents however, we are only able to pull up to 300 agents. We have verified the database by running a database integrity check and verified that agents were actually logged in their phones.

I checked the performance of the machine and everything seems to be running normal w/no signs of memory or CPU issues.

Can anyone offer any assistance on why the daily login/logout reports are stopping at 300 agents rather than running the full report of 500 agents?

tekgirl,

Have checked the historical statistics settings on the sccs client?

Also, can you query the database directly using MS Excel? At least you can verify whether it's the server or the client problem.

Yes I've been looking at those historical stats but wasn't sure if that would be the fix. I did try readjusting those paramters but haven't executed the test yet.

I notice that it changes the database size...would that suggest the system database needs to be increased to allow for all agents to be displayed?
