Connect agent to supervisor phoneset

I am problems trying to map an agent to a supervisor phoneset. Does any one know how to define a key mapping for SCCS 4.2. If it's defined in the pbx switch it will be removed until its defined correctly in SCCS.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the agent key on the supervisor's phoneset? If so, go to User Administration - Users (referring to the fat client). Go to the Agents tab. It shows all the agents assigned to that supervisor. Highlight one of the agents. Now look near the bottom right of the screen, you'll see a box for "Agent Key."

I've already configured the mapped the agent key in SCCS, I guess my question is what load and prompt do I use to program the agent keys on the supervisor phoneset on the switch.
