I INSTALLED A CICS WITH A CALL PILOT100 1 YEAR AGO WORKED GREAT UNTIL 2 WEEKS AGO
FIRST REPAIR CALL WAS VM NOT WORKING,FOUND VM LOST ALL PROGRAMING AND WE HAD TO RESTART
WITH ALL NEW RECORDINGS.
SECOND REPAIR CALL VM NOT ANSWERING LINES,POWERED DOWN VM AND IT REBOOTED WITH ALL PROGRAMING

Tried that,but I still end up at the ccr after the #4 message,i need to have
a routing different from the ccr ie:we are now closed call ***-***-****
for emergencies or push "0" to leave a message,am I missing something?
I have a cics with call pilot programed with ccr during the day,works perfect
now my customer wants a different setup when they close at various times
during the night.ie: we are now closed if an emergency call ***-***-****
or leave a message and we will call in the am.I cannot figure out how to...
I have the NS button on ext 10, the ext in the NS groups I want to ring but when the NS button is on the incomming lines just rings and rings. We are not using AA and have a night message recorded??
Spent several hours on this and any help would be great

i have a new customer who bought an existing business
with a norstar 3x8 dr5.no one knows who installed
the system but the installers password has been changed
is there a way to find out the existing password or to
default the system ??

to get them a stratgy 4port but with no manuals or

i have 6 incoming lines answered by the nam and routed to the acd through path 1 of the ccr,it has worked for 6 months
and now it disables sometimes 2 or 3 times a week.when a caller pushes 1 for the acd it rings once says the person...
