On one of my locations, the backup needs sometimes up to three hours for a 72GB db....
How long has your SCCS to backup the db and how much is the sice of the db?

We've got the same problems, with this phantom calls and a case is still open by nortel (since weeks).
The design team ist working on it and a solution will be delivered asap, maybe...

I had the same problem, few months ago... Just read this words from Nortel:
"I believe that you may need to do both in this case as the password has already expired and the account is locked.
When you untick the ¿password expiry¿ box you set a variable field used in the Server...
We had also a problem with CLID-Routing.
Bevor, the Script looks like that:
IF (CLID = 021@) THEN
QUEUE TO SKILLSET sk_french
ELSE
IF (CLID = 081@) THEN
QUEUE TO SKILLSET sk_italien
END IF
END IF
But now, the CLID query, 021@ and 081@ doesn't work anymore.
Workaround:
We added one 0...
i've done the following steps...
1.changed the computer name in w2k
2.reboot server
3.login as admin
4.computer name sync with the sccs-tool
5.run nbconfig and changed the computer name
6.change the ip-adresse on w2k
7.reboot server
8.login as NGenSys
9.run nbconfig and changed the ip-adresse...
i've done a computer and ip-adresse change on my sccs 4.2.
now, i've got the following problem. the client is unable to receive historical data reports. everything else is workong fine on the client (real time, scripts, users, skillsets....)
the event browser is sending the following event...
