Service w3svc failed during installation

EPO 3.0 Client not responding back to the server
I am able to see the agentlogs via http://127.0.0.1:8081. EPO doesnot show anything in the computer properties. Refreshing doesn't help either. EPO 3.0 Client not responding back to the server
