    Tektronix Phaser 350 fault Code

    Printer worked fine, it was left on for an extended period of time inactive probably ten day, on but in energy star mode. When I went to use it recently it is giving me an error: Service Required Fault 05,002,42:4270 . Can anybody help direct me toward the possible solution.
