I think petran is probably right when he askes if the versions/patches are the same.
If the LSP has a newer version or patch then it will take translations from the primary okay. If the LSP has an older version or patch than the primary, it will not take translations.
Do a "list ars route 07951xxxxxx" (put in the actual number) and it will tell you what route pattern it wants to use. I imagine it will tell you it wants to use route 1 since that's where it's going. The part that is helpful is it will tell you what dialed string it's matching as well.
redphone is right. The part you are missing is the reference to the "partition-route table" in your ars table. Rather than having just a number in the "route pattern" field, you need to have a number that references which line in the partition route table.
So it would look like this

No, leave out the "route-to hunt group" Then the call will leave the vector. The queue-to step is what gives the call to an agent. And if you are going to have special MOH then don't worry about any annoucements.
Well, if you are using vectoring, you can still queue the call via the vector. You would create a simple step like..
queue-to split XX priority l
wait 60 minutes hearing music
I'd actually put something in front of the queue-to step. Otherwise, the caller will just immediately get MOH. You...
I think the only way they will hear music instead of ringing is if you have announcements. I'm sure you know this already, but on a basic ACD you can have one initial announcement and one reoccuring announcement. In between, I do believe they hear MOH.
You don't need to know the ports. Use TTI. Make sure you have a fac for TTI (change fea) then in the system features (change sys fea) make sure TTI is enabled and you have a security code. Then you can simply go to each phone and put in the TTI code + security code + extension. That will put...
Inhibit off switch calls is unchecked as is "allow outgoing transfer which according to the documentation allows a caller to transfer an outbound call to another extension when normally only inbound calls can be transferred to another extension. Am I reading that wrong?

This particular system has been working fine for some time now. They’ve had a few upgrades, but aren’t on the latest version. They are having a problem forwarding calls to an outside number. I’ve searched previous posts and...
No. I know I'm not running the latest anything. I actually just wanted to make sure it was SUPPOSE to be able to support faxing. I'm sure I'd need to upgrade all of the firmware, but we've have had so many problems with V1 of everything that we are very weary of doing anything.

I have an R11.3 S8700 with redundant SI cabinets with 8 single-cabinet G700 remote locations. Each location has it's own Robbed-bit T1 with DID service and one or two analog cards. The entire network is all IP phones, with a few analog...
G700/S8300/IA770 - 3.1 with all patches as of 3/31/06.
IA770 is not running. When I do a "process status" is says "Messaging 0/1 DOWN"
It's H.323. Signal Group says "Far-end bypass" and trunk group is "OOS/FE-idle"
Messaging is enabled.
My license file has the IA770 stuff on it and is...
I have no alarms. None. This is the main reason I asked the question.
I am able to ping each side of the duplication link from the respective servers just fine, so I know the connectivity is there. I am not sure about the fiber. Is there a way to check that?
In the Status Summary section of my S8710 servers (CM3.0) it says...

I'd like to add that no more than 2 or 3 calls have ever been ringing at once. 3 is super busy. I just put 14 c/a's there just incase that was the problem. 99.9% of the time it's one call at a time.
