Cannot save translations on LSP

Dear All,
I have an S8300/G700 primary server and an S8300/G350 as an LSP. Although I see the LSP "in service" I cannot get updated translations on LSP. I administered the sys-parame maintenance to update translations on LSP, I checked the time difference between the 2 servers (only 20 sec in difference), I checked the TCP514 port in firewall, but I cannot get them in sync. Do you have any ideas?

Make sure you have all ports for ftp and ftp-data open on both servers (in and out). The translation file is copied from the main server to the lsp via ftp...

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately this is not the case. All ftp ports are open in/out in both servers. Any other ideas will be appreciated.

Is the config of the LSP correct ? (Maint. Web interface-> Configure server)

Does the LSP have the coorect license (SAT: disp sys customer-options)

Is there a firewall between the main server and the LSP ? If yes, does it report any blocked packets between the 2 servers ?

Are they running the same s/w version and patch ?

I think petran is probably right when he askes if the versions/patches are the same.

If the LSP has a newer version or patch then it will take translations from the primary okay. If the LSP has an older version or patch than the primary, it will not take translations.
