    I determine the packet loss with a ping -t from a workstation on one end of the tunnel to a workstation on the other end. How can I nail down exacly where they are being dropped on the router?

    Yes, I have setup a vpn tunnel using encryption and it seems to be dropping packets. What happens is 4 or 5 consecutive requests respond but then 15-20 fail. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Cheers, Dom
