Internet Shortcut

Hello,

The following problem is occuring on a citrix metaframe XPe SP4 Server installed on Windows 2003 SP1. When creating an internet shortcut on the desktop it double the url is a %20, see example below.

I enter the url into the URL Feild:

http://server.domain/location/application.exe

When double clicking the shortcut it appears as:

http://server.domain/location/application.exe "http://server.domain/location/application.exe"

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you sure you're not putting a space after the .exe?

There is no space after the .exe, I double checked, any other suggestions?

Did you try saving the site as a Favorite from within Internet Explorer, then copy or cut and paste the link to your desktop.

It should at least make the shortcut work. Don't know whats causing it!
