Tolson - Thanks I was using Simreal's examples more to get a better understanding of how a variable could work this particular Clients needs, I really had no experience in the past using them, so needed some examples to visually figure it out.
Below is what I set it up for, a need where BSR...
Testing this out later today, thanks much for the info Simreal -- Messy is still better than not having an option for the functionality at times.
Really apprecaite the time you took to write that up/detail it out for me.
Thanks,

Just starting to delve into writing/understanding vector variables, have been writing regular vectors for quite awhile...
I need a Counter variable that will count all incoming callers into a particular vector each day, and in turn I will use that counter to shift some calls out of that primary...
The Skill number is: "5" for your Patient Accounts, so try "List BCMS Skill 5" for metrics...though first you will need to change page 2 of the Skill/Hunt for Measured to Internal for the system to start saving the metrics/details so you can get some reporting
For the two test agents you have...

There were two station changes made last week, name wise that appear normal when dialed in looking at the stations, but when you dial them they show as "Open" on the dialed phone.... which initially lead me to the translations scenario.

Any possible scenarios or experiences would be great, trying to reach Avaya now as well:
Scenario:
Users are taking 800 calls as normal, but there is no CMS data pushing through, and BCMS data shows all zeros as well.
Logged into the PBX and can see all Trunks look to be down, both G450s are...
Looks to be resolved, The issue was the second nic, which is IP address x.x.x.59, and married to NAT x.x.x.232, was sending the packets out the seceond NIC rather than the first nic, x.x.x.58 (NAT: x.x.x.226). Once the CMS/MIS link was programmed to accept the traffic out the second nic, the...
Thanks for that, but 23, 5001-5008 are opened up (bi directional) within both Networks..... Multiple BP calls going on trying to get this to work, Sniffers tracing the connection, but still no link up on the CMS....
Ill take any other ideas as well??
Thanks again!

I have a Client that hangs off our Avaya PBX (currently an older CM 2.2, but moving to CM 5.1) and they will be setup as an LSP off our main core when all...

4merAvaya - Ill have to test that out, I remember that Sup v11 & v12 were not able to be on the same machine, but if thats resolved so v11 & v14 can be that rocks.... Thanks
Hopefully a quick question, getting ready (Feb) to get CM5.x installed/upgraded with CMS v14, wondering if CMS Supervisor for v14 is backwards compatible with CMS Sup v11 (from a G3rV11)?
I dont believe it is, but in the same breath am hoping that it is so the new version can be installed next...
Thanks Inerguard....
I resolved the issue (was driving me nuts)... started removing blocks of data, one calc at a time, to weed down to exacatly what could be causing this.... and it was my own stupidity.
Issue was a cust calc to do Avg hold time, after I identifed where the issue was coming...
Hopefully someone is able to give me some insight to what I am doing wrong within Screen Painter (I much prefer Emulator over Supervisor), I written many cust reports before, but have never been uber proficient when it came to Row Searches and building a report from scratch (modifying and adding...
