Hi Mark The server is server 2003 only, not sbs. The server comes with client software at \\server\faxclient We installed this but this did not make any difference. (this is suppose to be only for pre xp machines) We added every possible user/group and gave them full permissions on the server...

Hi all We setup the fax service on server 2003, works just fine from the server. Tried to set this up on the pc's (XP Pro) and cant get it to work. PC's can see the shared fax on the sever (you can set it up no problem) but when you click on file and try to send a fax its greyed out. Looks...

Justin thanks for that. I done a VSSADMIN on the machine in question (remote) and all were status ok except 1, was in a "waiting to finish" state. Will reboot out of hours and see how it goes. Anyone else come across this ? Wonder if it keeps happening. Thanks George
