The base unit has the keycodes for 4 lines and 12 exts but its time to expand.why not fiber media in a expansion with a norstar sm and tm that we already have? advice...

We had the BFT replaced on our BCM 400 4.0 but some reason our VM shows negative mailboxes. If I delete one it only allows me to create information boxes and not subscribers. Did we lose keycodes or could it had been stolen by previous vendor ? From what they had said was only the BFT was...
