    If you use policy based routing with an extened access list you will be able route pings to a null interface. You could also just deny pings. Larry

    Andy, Thanks. You were right about the ATM interface. I couldn't apply the service policy to ATM0 so I tried a subinterface. That worked. So with my QOS policys applied to ATM0.1 all is well.

    Hi Jim, This happens to my connection also. I'm not sure of the true fix but I just disable and enable the card and I'm back in business. By the way mine is the same with WEP on or off. Larry
