Sadly, it seems the site is showing little interest these days. We've upgraded to Quark 8 and now looking for a place to solve problems. So, I'm asking, are there any Quark 8 people out there who have worked with it for awhile? I'll keep checking Quark forums as well. Thanks

Yes, open Quark but have NO document open. You can then go into the menu bar on top and change any settings that are not dimmed out. Then they will all be available for any NEW documents you create. Note that existing documents will have their old settings though.

Maybe you can get the original Quark files from the person who did it to begin with.
