Anyone ever have an issue with wireless phones disconecting when calling Nupoint? We can call from phone to phone ok, but if calling from a 5602 to another ext then forwarding to the Nupoint the connection drops. We can see it hit the Nupoint, but the caller hears return dial tone then reorder...
When you are in Staition Data make sure you have your sort option set to DN then you should be able to just type in the DN to find. Uless you are 3.0 or later then you would hit the drop down for search options and choose Prime DN then put in the number.
One more thing to check; if you don't have costing set up you may not be able to see any records. Go through and set up cost tables then run a batch costing job, may correct your issue.
I think your on the right track just had a site with a similar issue, problem was with trying to access the microsoft applications with the default admin user on TM. Had to have they're IT people make a change to allow this user access to the domain so they could use office tools.

We had DBA shut down unknowingly, we didn't discover until we saw the error in pbx for buffer full. Now after restarting DBA the records that are in the buffer will not get pushed to DBA. Any ideas how to manually push those records to DBA and purge buffer?

What we are trying to get to is send calls to and ACD queue that will be ncfw to an outside number after 3 minutes, we are using this to test before changing the real queue.

Sorry it took so long to get back, CWUP did fix the issue. We don't have any issues with distance at all these console are about 200' to 250' from the MDF.

We are using PC consoles, they work ok accept they are not getting the number of calls waiting to appear next to the CW key. Is this parameter activated by setting CWUP to yes in LD 15 ATT_Data?
