We upgraded from OTM 2.1 to Version 3.
I am learning the web interface now.

When doing a search of any type I have noticed that the CPND Last Name/CPND First Name fields do not populate anything even when a user is assigned to the phone.
Have tried the "more actions" "Reconcile CPND". To no avail.

Manual states that a phone must be selected to run the reconcile.
Have attempted with and without a phone checked.

Any thoughts

Another piece just discovered.

When building a new phone and trying assign the phone to an employee get error message.
"Could not connect to CND

The CND server can be used to link an employee entry in the CND Directory to an entry
in the CND directory. If employee data exists in the CND directory, you can select and
add the employee entry into the CND Directory; or if the employee entry resides in both
directories, you can select and link the entry.
When linking an entry between the CND Directory and the CND directory, TM 3.0
updates the entry’s attribute data when synchronizing the directories. The following are
examples of CND attributes:
• first name
• last name
• department
• e-mail
For detailed instructions on setting up the CND server, as well as an example of
importing attributes to the CND Directory, see Corporate Network Directory 2.0
(NN-10300-028).
