I think that this information is stored in the users mailbox by the desktop manager, not anywhere in the local registry. You have to wait 'til BES 4.0 to set this thing (and many others) over the air.

Hi! Make sure that in MS Outlook new mails are submitted into your exchange mailbox, not a personal folder. (Go to Tools/eMail-Accounts and make sure that in the lower left corner your Mailbox ist selected). Regards Sven
