I have this service set to start automatically.
When I reboot I get the following 4 entries in my event log.

Starting BlackBerry Enterprise Server PHARMABlackBerry - Version 3.6.2.14

Unable to create event for SNMP traps. Error 5. SNMP traps disabled for this session.

*** MAPI *** MailboxManager::SubsystemInitialize - g_pSession->OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d)

Stopping BlackBerry

Any ideas?

Looks like your service account does not have sufficient rights on the exchange server (member of 'view only administrators' on the administrative group and 'administer information store','receive as..' and 'send as..' on the exchange server itself.

Does that match?

I'm not sure what you mean. Does what match?

I logged on as Administrator and set the service to start automatically.

No, that's not what I mean. The BlackBerry services run in the context of a service account, e.g. srv-besadmin, don't they? If not, please check the preinstallation checklist in the manual. This service account must have a exchange mailbox und certain rights to the exchange server.
