I have a Phaser 1235 and it prints fine except for a repeating cyan mark (about 4mm long every 100mm or so) down the page. The start point changes on each page as far as I can tell.
Its only tiny but enough to notice, what is causing this?
I don't mind buying fuser/imaging/toner but...

Removed the unit with the bulbs in and neither of them look blown. There appears to be some thermal fuses behind them?, is there anything else likely to have caused the error 15.004.45 if the bulbs are fine?

What type of 150watt halogen bulbs do I need to find to fix the same problem? I have not yet opened my printer but get the same error message.

Thanks for your reply.
I don't turn it on/off ... but I think a problem with non-xerox cyan may have caused something recently.
The wax got stuck in the ink holding channel, and I believe (but cannot confirm it) that it was run dry... the channel had about 3 blocks in but the lower...

My phaser 840 is playing up...
2 things... it seems to be printing blue wrong (comes out more green) and a solid area of blue comes out grainy with lots of white patches in.
The printer test page - Light Stripes Test... bars are randomly missing... from all colours including black...

I now have the printer and have turned it on, it feeds and prints fine from manual feed, but seems to be having problems picking up A4 paper.
The tray has had the middle hole on the side taped over, I assume as with my 350, this is to tell it is has A4 not letter paper in...
I have fixed the paper issue I think... I put some tape over the middle slot on the paper tray, which does have a proper A4 symbol on... strange.
Still got that error coming up though:(

I have a phaser 350 which is giving me some problems
1) when I turn it on, it makes some cliking noises, then says "load A4 Sized Paper" even though there is a full tray.
2) it is saying Error 04,005:44
which reading the forum means
"failure positioning the drum maintenance...
