I don't understand why you simply don't back everything up using ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES as the filelist. If a new filesystem is added you will back it up automatically. if a filesystem is removed you will not get an error. It is easy to maintain.

Ok, this is not pretty but.....
cat_convert -dump -short
Enables you to view the contents of catalog image.f files and the fourth field contains the filename
The files are located here:
/usr/openv/netbackup/db/images/$CLIENTNAME/*/*.f
BUT: some of them will be in NetBackup compressed...
Well then back to my suggestion:
Check the value set for "Move backup job from incomplete state to done state"

I do not have LeadTools but did you try shutting the application down prior to the backup? Also check for defragmentation.

You cannot change the volume pool on media that contains data. Actually there is a way but it is complicted and I would not want to be responsible for any data loss. However, one easy way...You can duplicate the images to another media and then expire the original.

You need to import the tape using the import utility. You will find it in the catalog section of the GUI. You also may have to expire the tape prior to the import but only if there are other valid images on the tape. be aware that there are two phases of the import proceedure.

The actual installation size is rather small however the operational size can get very significant. Gotchas include logfiles and caching. You do NOT have to install it on the C:\ drive and if you haave small disks I suggest placing it on another drive.
