Hi
I've been asked to look into an instance where an Agent was re-scheduled using Blue Pumpkin / Impact 360, and the re-schedule was managed incorrectly.
In an ideal world, the software would keep an audit trail of the change in order that I could identify the individual that actioned it...
I'm trying to retrive hold time for agents ACD & DN calls to enable us to breakdown of total call time. I have tried using the report wizard with little success and currently we do not have access to a copy of Crystal reports.
I would be grateful if anyone has solved a similar problem & could...
Hi
Am new to Nortel and am currently working with the CCMA6 reports for the first time. I am trying to build a template in Excel which reads data from the Agent Performance Report, but the reported times (ie, Talk Time etc) are exported in text format.
Is there a way of exporting the data...
Rockwell Enterprise
Agent Activity Report
In the 'Notes' column, one statement suggests 'Continue'. Can anyone verify what this means, in terms of what the Agent has done?
Also, in the 'Activity' column of the same report, there is a record marked 'Call_cont'. Is this related to Continue as...
Hi Geoff
Nothing - it's just a plain sheet of data; no freezes, no splits, nothing.
I've spoken to someone who says he spotted it happen in another sheet, which contained array formulae. He was told to go into the VBA sheet properties, as for some reason the Filter option had switched to...
Nothing else going on at the same time - this is a Macro-free, directly copied list of data. No formulae, nothing.
A colleague has done a search and apparently Microsoft are aware of a problem which causes Autofilter to fail, but don't acknowledge that it's 'their' problem.
Using Excel 2000:
When I autofilter data in a worksheet, on occasions the filters 'lock up', preventing me un-filtering the data.
As the filtered-out data is then effectively hidden, I have to de-activate Auto-filter on the Data menu, manually unhide the rows on the sheet, and reactivate the...
I have a time problem which relates to the exporting of data from the Long Term Weekly Report (v7).
The 'Total Sign In Time' displays in HH:MM:SS within the crystal report. When the data is exported to Excel, and seems to look correct.
Excel, however, can't cope with the value unless you...
Does anyone have anything they can provide on cost allocation on a multiskilled environment.
Working on an Aspect/Rockwell Enterprise system, we have numerous call types routing through to separate pools of Agents.
The calls route in via a number of applications - thus the charging for certain...
Both reporting systems have their individual merits - I've just moved from an Avaya employer to an Aspect employer - but for me Avaya is better from an Analyst's viewpoint because the CMS Reporting is far more export-friendly than Aspect.
Can't help thinking that Avaya figured they'd put...
Thanks for that Macropod.
We've no concerns about the danger of recipients editing the document per se. The ironic thing with this is that the original document was in fact a template. The users are being too lazy in amending existing files, which is leading to these problems.
If we had...
The issue is this:
We have a pre-populated letter structure which we use for all correspondence. The structure is such that the first thing typed onto the document is the salutation line (ie, Dear Mr Thomas). Due to the nature of some our customers, some of the names are recognisable to...
Ideally, stop what's being put there in the first place.
The 'Contents' tab takes what you first type into a document, and this forms part of the 'Contents'/ For example, if a template for a letter requires that the first entry you make is 'Dear Mr Jones', then the Contents tab will contain...
Thanks for that Gerry
Doesn't have Security tab, I'm afraid. I've highlighted the Prompt for Doc Properties checkbox within the Save options which helps, so just need to control the content (stop) of the 'Contents' box now. Again, any help welcome!
My employer runs Office 97.
For the purposes of issuing correspondence from Word electronically, I need Word documents to be saved without the Properties including anything in the Summary or Contents tabs (ensuring anonymity, etc, for Data Protection purposes).
Can anyone advise whether...
I'm not aware that you'd be able to do this.
In saying that, you may be able to find an animated GIF file online which actually does what you want. You can copy some of them dircetly from online, and whilst it won't appear to spin in 'Normal View' on Powerpoint, when you switch it to Slide...

I can't comment on why the links have changed, but I experienced a similar problem when moving a file recently.
Given that the cell-specific links were the same, but that the file path details were incorrect, i simply used the Find & replace facility, and repaired hundreds of broken links in a...
Thanks for that Dufus
I basically require them to hear an intermittent tone rather than the 'ringing' that they would normally receive - just as they would if they were calling from a home phone and dialled a busy number.
Currently the only things that differs a call with nobody available, to...
It's not a silly question - but the answer may lie with any Anti-Virus software you are running. Some versions of Symantec and McAfee software actually allows the user to prevent anyone opening attachments, so it may be worth checking your anti-virus set-up.
Alternatively, see if you can save...
