    any way to set priority or force the backup order of hosts?

    8.6 doesnt allow one to set the order in which the servers are backed up. you will either need to create a new job, live with what you have or upgrade to 9.xx or should i say ver 10.

    look in the job list,it should be there. from there you will need to reschedule the job to run again.

    missing selections in Restore

    you may have already done this but just thought i would mention it. have you tried going to the media tab and locating the media label, highlight it, and then click to the restore tab. if you got a backup up, it should take you directly to the backup that is associated with the media label.

    unable to connect ONE of the drives - is rest of BU OK?

    another place to look is in the Restore tab, if it shows up there you will have a backup of it. if it cant attach to a server that is down it will try for a while and move on to the next machine. this happend to me last night and all the rest of my servers were backed up.
